Shipping policy

Items will normally be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. A physical street address is required for delivery, as couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details so you can follow its progress to your door.

*Flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $150 applies to New Zealand orders only and excludes chemical dangerous goods (e.g. battery acid) and bulky items such as motorcycles, generators, windscreens, road stands, ramps, ATV tyres and gear bags. For these items, we will contact you to advise the shipping cost prior to dispatch. You are also welcome to contact us for a freight quote before purchasing. We will always endeavour to secure the best possible shipping rate for you.

Please note that all items are subject to availability at the time of purchase. If an item is not immediately available in New Zealand, you will be notified promptly and given the option to backorder, swap for a different colour/size/brand, or cancel the item for a refund.

NZ SHIPPING

Pierce Motorcycles uses Courier Post, NZ Couriers, and Post Haste Couriers for deliveries within New Zealand. Please allow 2–5 working days for delivery nationwide. Rural deliveries may require additional time depending on location.
