Returns and Refunds Policy

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, our products must:

-Be of acceptable quality

-Be fit for purpose

-Match their description

-Match any sample or demonstration model

-Be delivered within a reasonable time

If a product fails to meet one of these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy as outlined below.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

-A description of the issue

-Clear photos of the fault or damage

Minor Faults

If the issue is minor, we may choose to:

-Repair the item

-Replace the item

-Provide a refund

Repairs or replacements will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Major Faults

A fault is considered major if:

-You would not have purchased the item had you known about the problem

-The item is significantly different from its description

-The item is unsafe

-The item is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot easily be fixed

If the fault is major, you may choose to:

-Receive a full refund, OR

-Receive a replacement of similar type and value

Where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Motorcycle Parts – Fitment & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring parts are compatible with their motorcycle before purchase.

If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Returns will not be accepted for:

-Incorrect fitment due to ordering the wrong part

-Parts that have been fitted, installed, used, modified, or damaged

-Electrical parts that have been installed

We strongly recommend professional installation for mechanical and electrical components.

Apparel & Protective Gear

For hygiene and safety reasons:

-Helmets, gloves, base layers, and protective gear must be unused and in original condition for returns

-Helmets must not have been worn outside or involved in any impact

-All tags and packaging must remain attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Change of Mind

We are not required to provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases under New Zealand law.

However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit if:

-The item is returned within [14] days of delivery

-The item is unused and in original condition

-Original packaging and tags are intact

-Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return (unless faulty under the CGA):

-Used or installed motorcycle parts or apparel

-Electrical components once installed

-Clearance or sale items

-Gift cards

-Special-order or custom parts

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected:

-You will be notified of the outcome

-Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

-Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Business Purchases

The Consumer Guarantees Act generally applies to goods purchased for personal use. If goods are purchased for business purposes, the CGA may not apply.
